Return and Exchange Policy
At our store, we strive to offer quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. However, we understand that situations may arise in which an exchange is required. Below, we outline our policy:
1. Refunds
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 24 hours from the delivery of the package (according to the shipping tracking information).
Once the defect is validated, an exchange for the same product (subject to availability) or a store credit for the value of the item will be offered.
3. Exchanges for Other Reasons
For any exchange not related to product defects, the customer has 7 calendar days from the receipt of the item.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with its corresponding packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received and its condition verified, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item, which can be used to purchase a new product. No refund or credit will be issued for the shipping fee paid.
4. General Conditions
No exchanges or claims will be accepted after the indicated timeframes.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the established conditions.
